Phillip is founder of talent consulting firm Destination Talent. For over eight years Phillip has served in various roles in the recruitment industry, including as Global Marketing Manager for an international staffing firm. Phillip currently assists recruitment firms, job boards, and other talent solution providers with their marketing strategies.
A long-time observer of the recruitment industry, Phillip writes and commentates on all things recruitment, and has authored numerous industry reports. Phillip is founder of RHUB and also organises other recruitment events including the Australasian Sourcing Summit and RECTEC.
