Jude-Martin is a Management Consultant specialising in Talent Management, HR Resourcing, Diversity and People Development. He was the former head of the Talent Consultancy at Capita, a UK based FTSE 100 Professional Services Firm that provides HR consulting services to the public and private sector. He has held a number Recruitment and Talent Management positions with large UK based Corporates, and recently arrived Australia where he worked with Symmetra, an international boutique consultancy providing leadership development and diversity based solutions.
Jude is a passionate people professional who links recruitment, talent sourcing and strategic diversity to drive organisational and people performance.
Jude-Martin holds an MA in Philosophy and Theology from Oxford University, an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development, (CIPD).
